What are the High Holy Days?

The high holy days are the Jewish holidays falling during the Hebrew month of Tishrei, which include: Rosh Hashanah (The Jewish New Year), Yom Kippur (The day of atonement), Sukkot, Shmini Atzeret & Simchat Torah.
